Pretty easy as far as it goes. Got there around 9:45. They had me in the pre-op room all prepped and ready to go by 10:30ish or so. Surgery was scheduled for 11:45pm. Talked to the doctors and nurses. Went to the room, they knocked me out and woke up an hour later. Knee is a little sore but doesn't really hurt and I can bare all my weight on it, but am using the crutches anyway. I had a local or something that should last around 24 hours so I'm guessing it will hurt more tomorrow.
For now, its more of stretch, strengthen and rest it as the pain dictates. Got some Vicodin, but I doubt I'll take it.
Lynn talked to the doctor after the surgery and showed her the pictures. Nothing obvious that was causing the issue, but he did some "cleaning" so hopefully that does the trick. I was really hoping it would be obvious, but nothing I can do now but to heal and see.
Thanks for all the good wishes.

Was it microscopic or did they cut ya open?
I hope this takes care of it for ya.
You could always volunteer for the sm100. I might need a car waiting for me at cp4. Ha!
The race will be there next year. I had to put off my first attempt because of knee surgery. Thanks goodness I didn't register early than and have to lose money too.
Keep us updated. I don't post up but I've been keeping tabs on ya although I almost gave up on ya during your couple of months off.
Tommy
Jim, glad to hear it went well ... even though nothing was obvious, let's hope it did the trick ...

it was arthroscopic. i was going to volunteer, but I think the Buffett concert is the same time. :)
And never, ever have a car at any of the checkpoints. I learned that one last year. :)
Thanks Tom and I'm rooting for you.
